Hi, I'm Dr. Cate — a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) and a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). I've completed specialized training in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), and the Reflective Parenting Program (RPP) — approaches I chose because they work, and because I've seen firsthand what they can unlock for people.
I specialize in anxiety and attachment — which means I help people understand why they relate to themselves and others the way they do, and how to change the patterns that are no longer serving them. I've worked with clients across a wide range of ages and life stages, and my approach is never one-size-fits-all.
